Citizen Legislator Markwayne Mullin Endorsed By NFIB SAFE Trust

MUSKOGEE, OK – U.S. Rep. Markwayne Mullin announced today that he has been endorsed by the National Federation of Independent Businesses SAFE Trust. The primary election is Tuesday, June 24.

“This is an honor for me,” Mullin said. “Since I am a small business owner I am very familiar with the issues important to the independent job-creators across Oklahoma and the nation. This endorsement means a great deal to me and I intend to continue fighting the status quo and bureaucracy in Washington, D.C.”

“We support the members of Congress who support small business, and each of these members has earned a 100-percent NFIB voting record this session,” stated Jerrod Shouse, state director of NFIB/Oklahoma in a press release announcing Mullin’s endorsement. “These members of Congress clearly understand the challenges faced by entrepreneurs, small-business owners and their families. They consistently support Main Street Oklahoma by voting for legislation to help our small businesses grow and create jobs. That’s why we need to send them back to Washington.”
